Santosh Yadav is Mold Shop Manager of Mold Shop Pune Business Unit.
He joined Sidel in 2012 as PGPM and Procurement. Over 25 Years of experience in Tool Room and Maintenance activities, He handled different projects like Press Tools, Jig Fixtures, PDC and Molds and having Specialty in NPD. In Mold Shop He worked in different function such as Procurement, Sourcing, Project execution, NPD and Promotion of Molds. In MSP under his leadership developed all types of Synergy Linear and Rotary Molds in different category. He is Mechanical Engineer from Pune and PD in Tool Design and Cad Cam from Indo-German Tool Room Aurangabad.

Yogesh Dhase
Yogesh Dhase is a Operations Director. Graduate in Mechanical Engineering & MBA in Operations & Supply Chain ( both from Pune University). Joined Sidel India in 2001. He worked in different fuctions such as assembly, quality, testing, procurment & sourcing, warehouse, & project managements. Performing main roles such as delivering best quality & value products to customer, improving productivity in operational process to control costs. Supplier mananagment, logistics & warehouse management to control on customer delivery, cost & quality. Motitor & Manager daily operations by ensuring Safety. Manager & Control customer projects with OTIF (On time in full).

With over 10 years of experience in the packaging industry, Vipin Jain currently serves as the After Sales & Customer Care Director at Synergy India. His career has been marked by a dedication to customer satisfaction, particularly in the Indian, Middle East and African markets, where he has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional service.
His expertise spans across customer care management, after-sales service, and providing tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients. His extensive knowledge of the packaging industry allows him to understand complex customer requirements and ensure they are met with efficiency and professionalism.
A graduate with a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) from Delhi, he brings both technical insight and strategic leadership to his role.
