Synergy’s Low Blowing Pressure (LBP) solution is designed to reduce high-pressure air consumption in PET bottle production while maintaining bottle quality, process stability and production performance.
By operating at blowing pressures below 20 bar, the solution helps reduce compressor load, energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, improving overall production efficiency and cost per bottle.
The solution combines optimised mould and base design, enhanced stretch rod control and dedicated blowing parameter management to ensure stable, repeatable performance at reduced blowing pressures.
